I will say this - this editorial instantly is in my top five.

I already am a huge fan of the chunky knit beanies (winter craft project anyone??) but the combination of wellies and maxi dresses pulls this editorial to a whole new level.

Don't get me wrong, I love wellies for their festival/skinny jean+sock/kate moss thing they have going but this look is straight out of Ondine.

New rule: when it comes to real, distinct creativity - forget anything anybody ever told you.

you have to admit these pictures do not reflect your typical work environment.

what an inviting space with its open lay out, large windows, and vaulted ceilings - forget the closed off cubicles and doors shut privacy - this place screams collaborative and just by looking i can tell they are better off for it.

the urbanoutfitter + free people office is a unique breed that brings the ultimate comfort of home to work. ( can't you smell the joe malone candles just by looking, i know i can... )
